Purple Bridge Claims Management

Purple Bridge Claims Management (PBClaims) is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) set up with the sole purpose of handling insurance claims from our Head Office in Nottingham as quickly and efficiently as possible, providing resolution with a personal touch for our clients and their policyholders.

Here at PBClaims, in order to help policyholders through their claims journey, we will provide a dedicated and expert claims handler to assist them from the first notification of a claim through to its conclusion. We aim to empower clients and policyholders alike to feel confident in how each claim is being handled.

We understand that how claims are handled directly impacts each policyholder’s perspective of their insurance product. Therefore, our goal is to provide transparency of process to the customer throughout the claims journey, by providing clear and prompt explanations of the claims position or our requirements, whilst exceeding their expectations.

Not all TPAs are created equal. We believe that our pure, service driven philosophy sets us apart from the crowd and we strive to deliver the correct outcome that our clients demand, whilst delivering a first class service to their customers.
